Baby Time 3-21-12

We revisited some old favorites in storytime today.

Animal Song: Old MacDonald

Rhymes:

Noble Duke of York

The Noble Duke of York
He had ten thousand men
He marched them up to the top of the hill
and he marched them down again
And when they're up, they're up
And when they're down, they're down
And when they're only half way up
they're neither up nor down

He marched them to the left
He marched them to the right
He even marched (some of them) upside down....oh what a silly sight!

I'm Driving in my Car

I'm driving in my car
I'm driving in my car
Beep beep
Toot toot
I'm driving in my car

I'm driving really fast
I'm driving really fast
Beep beep
Toot toot
I'm driving really fast

....slow

Book:  The Itsy Bitsy Spider by Lorianne Siomades

Bouncing Song: My furry spider puppet helped me sing this fun version of "Itsy Bitsy Spider" by Hap Palmer where that determined little spider keep climbing until he finds your babies' toes and gives fun little tickles all the way up to their heads
